🌾 Cevino 500 SC – Weedkiller for Grain (1 L)
Cevino 500 SC is a highly effective soil and leaf weedkiller in the form of a suspension concentrate formulation (SC).
It is ideally suited for autumn treatment in winter grain, especially for the control of loose silky-bent grass (Apera spica-venti) and numerous broadleaf weeds.

⚗️ Active Ingredient
✅ Flufenacet (Oxyacetamide group) – 500 g/L (42.3%)
➡️ inhibits long-chain fatty acid synthesis (LCFA)
➡️ prevents germination and growth of sensitive weeds
🧪 Mode of Action
After application, the active ingredient is absorbed through the roots and hypocotyls of the germinating weeds.
It forms an active soil film that ensures consistent effect over weeks.
Moist soil conditions significantly enhance effectiveness.
💧 Application & Dosage
Crop: Winter wheat
Method: before or after emergence
Water volume: 200–300 L/ha
1️⃣ Before emergence (BBCH 00–09)
✅ Dose: 0.24–0.30 L/ha (max. 0.3 L/ha)
✅ Mixing possible with:

✅ Dose: 0.24–0.35 L/ha (max. 0.35 L/ha)

Temperature: ideal between 2–20 °C
🌾 Sensitive Weeds
✅ Loose silky-bent grass, Meadow foxtail, Meadow grass
⚠️ Moderately resistant: Chickweed (Stellaria media), Volunteer oilseed rape
🚫 Resistant: Cornflower, Violet, Chamomile, Speedwell, Cleavers, Dock, Loose silky-bent grass (moderately resistant if overdosed)
⚠️ Application Notes
✅ Apply early – at germination or immediately after emergence
✅ On well worked, clod-free soil
✅ Higher dose on heavy, humus-rich soils or with heavy infestation
✅ Mild winters can shorten the effect duration in spring
